Salesperson - Rancho Cordova

We are currently seeking a Salesperson to join our team.

Position Summary

The Salesperson will serve as the embodiment of our ideals to our retail partners. P & A Beverages is focused on delivering an unforgettable customer experience and this must be a team effort. All members of P & A Beverages will work closely to achieve our goals. For our sales team - Brand Experience, Commitment to Quality and Freshness, and Loyalty to our accounts are paramount. Focus on growing our partner’s revenue and bottom line through sales of P & A Beverages brands is key. Additionally, P & A Beverages self-distributes so our Salesperson will assist with deliveries, warehousing, logistics, and anything else needed to grow our brand.

• Able to work in Rancho Cordova on a daily basis to meet with accounts
• Personable and passionate about the opportunity to create new relationships with partners and customers every day
• Fanatical about beer quality and customer experience
• Eager to learn, hungry for challenges, and constantly looking to grow
• Adaptable to perform all jobs as needed in a fast-paced startup environment
• Able to work within a close-knit team of brewers, managers and taproom staff
• Analytical and ready to leverage technology to improve efficiencies and increase sales

Requirements:

• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to perform deliveries including the ability to lift and move kegs and cases of beer up to 160 lbs
• Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale frequently
• Must be able to travel
• Must be able to work flexible hours/days, including weekend events

We are excited about any other skills you bring to the team, including, but not limited to:

• Experience in the beer or beverage industry
• Sales experience
• Warehouse, trucking or logistics experience
• LEAD or cicerone training
• Marketing and branding experience
• Cat juggling skills

Compensation:

Base salary (DOE) with unlimited commission and quarterly bonuses based on key growth metrics and generous benefits including 100% company-paid health care and unlimited paid time off.
